but atleast the buttons actually DO the action they are mapped to now and not two actions or the wrong action. I am going to keep tweeking the settings, maybe something is still set wrong and it is causeing double pressess. Using the d-pad to navigate my favorite menu like the main menu skips right past one item to the one on the other side. Clicking the sticks in game does TRY to sprint or crouch but then quickly stops as if I hit the button again. Almost like I hit a button twice in a row. For example: a D-pad and analog movements in menus both skip ever other selection, if you can manage to get the selection on settings it will skip strieght into gameplay settings instead of the intemeditary menu with gameplay, controls, audio and video. on the other hand it seems like many button presses now act like two presses. on one hand the actual inputs seem to work right now. Before starting FO4 go the DS4's settings and click the "Hide DS4 controller" option at the top. Then I tried a option suggested on DS4's site to help with weird or dual inputs. Analog clicks acting at clicks as dpad actions, right d pad also being backing out of options, the left analog stick skiping everyother option onthe menus. Right out of the gate DS4 did the same stuff as IM did. I use DS4Windows and it works wirelessly, although in game. I couldnt use mine wireless either, was driving me nuts because it worked fine straight away wired and Im unable to use M/KB atm. Everyone has a right to their opinion, and a right to disagree Members Online WasabiIceCream. Please put aside tribal hardwarfare instincts in discussions regarding controller differences. Thanks for the mouse unplug seggestion though it was part of the solution 1. Or at least it only works for me when wired, odd. Now change the Selected profile from Default to Detroid. Connect the DualSense with a cable and wait for it to show up in the Controllers Tab from DS4Windows. To be honest up till now I actually thought that DS4W was just the old version of input mapper before they changed there name and I was going to make a post saying such but I decided to check first. Now that we have a profile we can select it for the DualSense. K, well I have tried using both input mapper and DS4WIndows.
